Endurica Terms of Use
Effective date: August 10, 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using the Endurica app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial training.
3. Not Medical Advice
The App provides training plans and guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.
4. Your Data
Your training and health data is yours. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. The App is local-first: data primarily lives on your device.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase processed by Apple. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple per its App Store terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in App Store settings before the end of the current period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it in violation of applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or training results, arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
